Car RoadRage Prevent or React Series
CAR: Road rage and street fights
Rated: P3-P4 Intermediate and P5-P6 Advanced
IKM practitioners will also be exposed to low lite reality based scenarios in a parking lot, dealing with conflicts in and around vehicles. These scenarios will include: roadrage situations, street fights and defenses against blunt-armed individuals. We will also discuss tactics for third party protection in and around vehicles, to include guiding passengers who may freeze up during the attack.
Select practitioners will further participate in 3rd party tactical and reality based scenarios relating to edged weapon threats using IWTS; and psychological aspects of the attacker/defender. Training and prop weapons (non-functional) will be used. All drills will be strictly supervised and proper safety procedures will be utilized.
Recognition of behavioral traits of potential attackers, preventative strategies, risk and threat evaluation methods, along with appropriate judgment in the use of force and verbal de-escalation skills will be covered to protect an innocent.
