Knife Seminar

TKM: Beginner Krav Maga- Knife use and disarm principles

Rated: Moderate Intensity P2

This is part of the technical series. In this class students will learn to deal with assailants armed with Edged Weapons.

Class is only open to select IKM practitioners.

Understand that this session is merely an introductory class and that participation in our regularly scheduled IKM courses, as well as, advanced level knife defense & disarming sessions is strongly recommended in order to increase skill level and confidence.

The course will present a broad range of medical emergencies from weapons specific injuries. Students will explore the core and raw aspects of first aid and CPR through scenario based practical application using improvised items. The use of moulage and role playing will provide a real victim, survivor and responder experience. 

Items to bring: 2 black t-shirts, one shoe lace, belt, extra long dark socks, flashlight, bottle of water and back pack.

What to wear: Long pants, closed shoes and one clean, beat up, ragged out ugly t-shirt.
