"Combat conditioning" opens with a dynamic warm up, core stability, combative combinations and body awareness drills, then transitions to a strength and skill portion such as rope climbs and buddy carries. This challenging, yet fun, class ends with partner and team conditioning using functional movements that will test your physical abilities, mental focus and warrior spirit.
What to bring: Come dressed to move, bring a towel to soak up your sweat and also bring a water bottle.
Restrictions: Open to all CFC students 16 years and older, IKM practitioners and Crossfitters. Interested new students please email us for details on participation.
