Private Instructional Sessions

Teens 15 thru 17: After school programs- Military prep training

 Private training for mature teens interested in public service careers. Contact our team to see if your vocational after-school program qualifies. Topics range,  but primarily cover:

  • Effective communication skills and group dynamics
  • Leadership, command presence and teamwork
  • Decision making, stress and fear management
  • Strategic planning, search and rescue drills
  • Kids 10 thru 14: Bullying prevention- assault response

    Middle School Sessions 

    Our Chief Instructor offers private group classes at select synagogues offering Beit Midrash for teenagers. This private instruction is open to kids who plan on travellng to Israel alone with youth groups or with international Student Exchange Programs. We also provide one to one age specific instruction to girls and boys (ages 10 to 14 or 15 to 17). We specialize in providing private instruction to those adolescents and teenagers in need of bully prevention and response tactics.

    • Bullying avoidance, prevention and defense tactics.
    • Escape from grabs, headlocks and ground assaults. 
    • Kidnap avoidance and hostage survival-escape.


    Young Children 4-9:  Abduction Prevention and Safety

    Our CFC® Children's Self Defense Courses in Tucson follow the nationally recognized "radKIDS" curriculum. Our radKIDS safety sessions focus on empowering children, helping to replace the fear, confusion and panic of dangerous situations with confidence, personal safety skills and self esteem.

    The radKIDS program encourages family participation, incorporates physical fitness, and teaches core safety values. Fun, activity-based safety drills, muscle memory exercises and dynamic simulation are all used to empower every child participating. Each class size is limited to 5 kids and below providing more individual attention to each child. We offer the 40 minute introductory class monthly and the full 8 hour program during the fall. The latter runs from August to November and is open to kids ages 4-9

    Below are just a few of the topics covered within our radKIDS sessions:

    • Safety plans, 911 calls and escape routes 
    • Good and bad strangers, the tricks used
    • Dog attacks and defensive techniques
    • Fire awareness and prevention planning


    Ladies Defense Classes : Personal Protection and Abduction Prevention

    Women's defense group sessions (for those 16 years and older) are held at the Tucson JCC. Abduction prevention, stalker recognition and assault countermeasures are some of the topics covered. 

    Private group classes are also available and reserved for groups of 4 or more women. These private classes can be scheduled by an individual wishing a more private setting of instruction for their group. Our CFC® team can design specific lessons for your group or organization. These lessons can be designed to range from a 2 hour one time 'empowerment' workshop, to a weekend 4 hour 'abduction prevention' seminar for teenage girls.

    All of our Women Self Defense courses in Tucson are designed and delivered with instructional strategies that are sensitive to the learning differences and capabilites of women. While the information presented in our workshops, seminars and courses are intense and realistic in nature, the educational environment is always safe, informative and full of fun.

    As with all of our other CFC® courses, we do require that all of our students enter the classroom with an open and humble mindset one that is ready to listen and learn intently. This type of mindset also allows for a safe particpation in the class and the scenarios presented. Survivors of previous violent encounters are advised to consult with their health care provider prior to attending "any" Reality Based Personal Protection Programs or Self Defense Courses. 

    Below are a few examples of our Self Defense courses requested by, and presented to, organizations around Tucson. Keep in mind that we also cover issues such as: fear, perpetrator manipulation, pre-incident indicators, legal matters, and unarmed strike combinations; in all of our sessions. Awareness and avoidance strategies are also taught and implemented using role-playing attack scenarios.

Sororities at the University of Arizona, Military Spouse Organizations and professional massage Therapist/Tucson Realtor Groups  are also eligible for the  "Third person protection seminar" at your select location.                 CFC® Policies - Student expectations

    Due to the intensity of all of our CFC® reality based training courses, we strive to maintain the integrity of our programs, the delivery of our instruction and most importantly the safety of our students. Hence, we reserve the right to refuse instructional services to anyone at anytime when we sense that any of the aforementioned are jeapordized.

    All participating students are continually assessed and expected to adhere to the stated class policies. All accepted students that enter our training facility agree to CFC Terms and Conditions and must read, accept and sign a Liability Waiver and Release Form. By accepting the above stated and signing the produced forms, all students are waiving all rights to compensation to potential cases of injury. Also note, that if any substantiated criminal intent, activity or anti-social behavior is collaborated by our investigations staff, then this will preclude you from participating in any of our CFC® courses. Our CFC® consultants and instructors also follow and fully adhere to the US Constitutions Equal Protection Laws and Civil Rights Act.
