During these turbulent times, with the globalist fueled and george soros funded riots, we are training to protect our families and neighborhoods. A concoction of false racism, covid fearmongering, and unlawful mask mandates...all drive the narrative to destroy this nation. Those slaves of stupidity within the domestic terrorist groups of 'bloc liar marxists' and AnFa 'anarchists fascists' are the true useless idiots and pawns of the left. This 3o minute class will expose new students to the combat art of Israeli Krav Maga IKM.
3:45 PM -Kids Free Safety Class

This 30 minute class will present the RadKIDS safety program and the physical techniques that can be used against bullies and predators.

This will be the last class of the 8 week IKM session. We restart the next Practitioner Level 1 (P1 Series) July 12th. New students must first attend the Foundations Class. Details are in the IKM registration section.
8:45 PM -Intro to Mass Attacks

This class is the first of a three part special CQC series and is open only to IKM (Israeli Krav Maga) students. Others interested in participating must first contact the CFC and IKM Head Instructor for approval.
Wed. 6/30 7:15 PM -Multiple Attackers with Weapons

-This is the second in a 3 part Mass Attack Series.
8:30 PM -Multiple Attackers in CQC

This is the third in a 3 part Mass Attack Series.

Sat. 7/3 3:45 PM -Free Kids Safety Class

This 30 minute class will present defensive tactics from the RadKids safety program, techniques that can be used by kids to protect themselves from bullies and predators.

Bachata FIT (Functional Integrated Training): a unique workout which blends Bachata and Salsa footwork ... all spiced up with military style functional strength exercises. $7 per class at ABT. No class the 17th. Email us for details.
Sun. 7/11 3:30 PM Israeli Krav Maga Foundations

This 2 hour class will expose new students to Foundational Principles of IKM. This class is a requirement prior to attending any of our Israeli Krav Maga Practitioner Level 1 (P-1 Series) classes.

Mon. 7/12 7:15 PM -Israeli Krav Maga P-1f

This is the start of this 6 week session which meets on mondays and thursdays only with the exception of CEU days. Open only to IKM foundation graduates and continuing IKM practitioners. For cost visit the registration section
Wed. 7/14 7:15 PM Israeli Krav Maga P1-C

This 8 week course is only open to those who have completed the Foundations Class. The class will meet only on wednesdays with the exception of CEU days.
